With Live courts, organisers can see the queue, suggest teams and record games. Share the player court board so players can follow the courts on their own phones or a venue device.
Live courts supports badminton, tennis and pickleball doubles and requires club access. On personal phones, players verify their booking before finishing matches.

From both sides of the court.
I play with several badminton social clubs and organise my own club too. As a player, I saw registrations managed in group chats, payments sent to a PayID phone number or email, and few reminders or clear updates.
As an organiser, I experienced the other side: keeping up with registrations, last minute cancellations and who had paid. Without a consistent queue, some players could get more games than others.
Both sides wanted the same thing: a fair opportunity to play a similar number of games. I built PlayRoster to make the admin easier and help organisers manage fairer turns, so more of the session can be about enjoying the game.

Is PlayRoster right for our sport?
Bookings, waitlists, attendance and payments support badminton, tennis, pickleball, basketball, volleyball, futsal and Other. Live courts and doubles suggestions are for badminton, tennis and pickleball. Live courts and tournaments require the relevant club access.
Do players need an account?
Players register through the organiser’s link. They use a private booking link or verify their booking email to manage their booking. My activity uses email verification for private access to bookings and personal playing history. Friends’ records remain separate.
What does it cost?
Ask about current club plans, optional features and setup before you start. Player session fees are separate from the club’s PlayRoster subscription. Stripe processing fees apply when card payments are offered.
How do we get started?
Tell us your sport, usual session size and how you organise today. An organiser sets up the club and groups, prepares a session and shares the registration link. An existing player list can be imported from CSV after previewing it.
Can we keep our existing payment process?
Yes. Share your club’s payment instructions, let players report a payment and confirm receipt yourself. Eligible clubs can connect their own Stripe account to accept card payments for finalised session fees.
